When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country or time zone, project brief, budget range, desired timeline, reference links and any files or information you choose to share.
How We Use It
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand and estimate the requested work, prepare proposals, deliver an agreed project, provide support, maintain business records and protect against misuse.
Communication Channels
If you choose WhatsApp, email or phone, your information is also processed by that service provider under its own terms. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private API keys or production credentials through the public enquiry form.
Project Confidentiality
Project briefs are treated as private business communications. Confidentiality requirements, portfolio permissions and any NDA should be agreed in writing before sensitive information is shared. We do not publish a client’s identity or private project material without permission.
Sharing & Service Providers
We do not sell enquiry data. Information may be shared only with service providers needed for communication, hosting, project delivery, accounting or legal compliance, and with approved project specialists where their involvement is necessary and confidentiality obligations apply.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, project delivery, support, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Unnecessary records may be deleted or anonymized.
Your Choices
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information that we control, subject to records we must retain for contractual, accounting, security or legal reasons.
