Trust & Transparency

Know what happens before you commit.

Practical safeguards for evaluating us, starting a project and protecting your information—without vague guarantees or borrowed trust badges.

Our working standard

Four safeguards built into every engagement.

01

Direct accountability

You communicate with the founder and the people responsible for delivery, not an anonymous sales layer.

02

Written scope first

Deliverables, exclusions, timeline assumptions, milestones and fees are recorded before development begins.

03

Controlled access

Project access is limited to the work that requires it. Public forms should never be used to send passwords, OTPs or private keys.

04

Reviewable handover

Agreed source code, assets and documentation are handed over after the payment terms in the project agreement are completed.

Before any payment

Expect the important details in writing.

A proposal, statement of work or marketplace contract should identify the following items clearly.

  • Scope: included features, deliverables and explicit exclusions.
  • Plan: milestones, review points, dependencies and estimated timeline.
  • Commercials: fee, currency, payment schedule and third-party costs.
  • Ownership: what is transferred, what is licensed and what is reusable or third-party software.
  • After launch: the agreed support period, response path and any maintenance scope.
